Millions of British suffer from joint pain, stiffness and all kinds of joint discomfort. Many also struggle with inflammation and difficulty to move properly, making some simple tasks look like torture.
"If you experience any of these symptoms, the real issue could be something you would have never imagined" says Dr. Owens, who has been studying joints for over 20 years.
According to Dr. Owen's research, there is one little movement that you do every day without realizing that empties your joints out of their lubricant fluid and makes your pain worse: "simply stop it, and reverse it... and you'll see your pain significantly decrease" explain Dr. Owens.
Thankfully, you can easily use Dr. Owen's at-home trick to decrease pain naturally.
"It's very easy and it only takes 2 minutes per day", he recently revealed to 250 people in a conference about joint pain.
Now, after years of research, Dr. Owens has decided to release an informative video to the public — free and uninterrupted — showcasing exactly which foods you need to avoid.
“Good health is one of life’s toughest obstacles,” he explains. “So, if this video can help people achieve that, I’ll be thrilled to hear I was of help.”
The video has since gone viral, first being shared by users on Facebook, then being featured on news sites like Daily Mail and The Sun.
So far, the comments and feedback have been outstanding, with thousands of Americans feeling better than they have in decades.

In the space of a few hours, this video received thousands of visits and is now considered viral. One spectator commented, "If it works, that's exactly what I've been praying for all my life. I have never seen anything like this solution before ... the truth about my diet was shocking and revealing. ”
Of course, Dr Owen's announcement was met with some hesitation. We spoke to some of the doctors who attended the conference, who advised people to keep their expectations realistic.
"It makes a lot of sense, and the science behind it is solid," said a nutrition expert. "But try it first. It helps a lot of people, but you rarely find something that works for everyone."
